Cancellation and Refund Policy for Customers

At Event Needz - a Kompalli Data Solutions Pvt Ltd brand, we value your business and strive to provide a seamless experience for your event bookings. We understand that circumstances may change, and you must cancel your booking. Our refund policy for payments made on our platform is as follows:

  1. 100% Refund: Booking canceled within 24 hours of making the reservation and with more than seven working days remaining until the event date.
  2. 80% Refund: Booking canceled before five working days of the event date.
  3. 40% Refund: Booking canceled before three working days of the event date.

No Refund: Booking canceled on the Event Day or in case of customized setups or products.

Refund Processing:

Refund requests should be made through our platform and will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the request.

Once the refund is approved, the amount will be settled directly into the customer's account within 7 to 10 working days using the original payment method.

Force Majeure:

Kompalli Data Solutions Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify or temporarily suspend the refund policy in cases of "Force Majeure" events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or any circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, refunds may be subject to delay or adjusted based on the situation.

Fraudulent Activity:

Kompalli Data Solutions Pvt Ltd reserves the right to investigate and deny refunds in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to false claims of cancellation or misuse of our platform.

Binding Agreement:

By using the Event Needz platform and making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation and refund policy. Please comply with these terms to avoid the forfeiture of your refund.
